MF Tècnima develops all types of technical projects relating to the environment. Among them:
MF Tècnima began its work in 1997 with the design and construction of a physical-chemical waste water treatment plant for a company of anodised aluminium pieces. From here arose others from the leather and textile sector, and a long list that has brought us to the present day.
The main sectors in which we produce treatment plants are:
The treatment system will depend, in each case, on diverse factors such as the size of the installation, the regulations applicable or the type of waste water, always trying to achieve a balance between the required investment and the performance obtained.
The main treatment systems are:
MF Tècnima also produces urban or assimilated waste water treatment plants, using its extensive experience in industrial waste water treatment.
The main clients in this field are hotels, campsites, urbanisations, isolated homes, restaurants, etc.
The type of treatment is usually biological, both aerobic and anaerobic, and depending on the size will range from prefabricated and modular plants to conventional installations.
Another sphere in which we work is that of purifying collected water for human consumption that comes from wells, rivers, reservoirs, etc.
In these installations we convert water not suitable for human consumption into water of an acceptable quality that meets the required regulations.
Other treatments consist of the decalcification of water by means of ion exchange resins or filtration using membrane technologies (microfiltration, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis)
Regarding the reuse of waste water for industrial and/or irrigational use, the appropriate corrective measures are taken in order to comply with Royal Decree 1620/2007, proceeding in the application of tertiary treatments to comply with this regulation.
As a result of the waste treatment process, as series of sludge products are produced that must be managed correctly. Today, the cost of this management represents the largest expenditure of an industrial waste water treatment plant.
MF Tècnima undertakes the design and sizing of sludge treatment installations. Among these feature:
As well as the design and sizing, studies are carried out to determine the chemical products and the dosage (coagulants and flocculants) required to obtain the optimum dryness and thus reduce the cost of managing the sludge.
We also carry out analyses to characterise the sludge and all the processes to be able to take it to the authorised dump.
Given that MF Tècnima has a large majority of clients of industrial origin, the correction of waste water pollution is often not enough, since on many occasions atmospheric emission must also be corrected, including smells, intrinsic or extrinsic to the industrial activity.
Thus MF Tècnima is collaborating with a leading company in the atmospheric emission treatment sector, BIONATUR, which through research and development has been able to achieve an adsorbant capable of retaining the main atmospheric pollutants (SO2, H2S, NOx, COV's, mercaptans, etc.) with numerous advantages compared to conventional systems and with less inconveniences, and all at very competitive prices.
As a result of this collaboration, our clients are managing to solve problems that were previously hard to solve and in this way are adapting to the legislation in force, increasingly restrictive in this aspect.
Some of the sectors in which these treatments are being applied are:
The vast majority of our clients use chemical products, whether for their industrial process or their use in the treatment plant.
MF Tècnima undertakes all the storage projects of these products according to what the regulations stipulate, specifically Royal Decree 379/2001.
As well as the projects, MF Tècnima has the qualified personnel to assemble these installations and provide all the guarantees necessary.
The field of automation and remote control of the different processes of a water treatment plant has evolved incredibly quickly from the classical control panel with buttons to the modern computer-controlled integral management systems.
In this evolution, MF Tècnima has specialised in the automation and remote control of the work processes by means of programmable controller systems. Siemens, Schenider Electric, Telemecanique, Omron, Allen-Bradley and ABB for example, are just a sample of the makes with which they regularly develop the different operational projects. MF Tècnima adapts to the needs of the client to unify the existing controls on the process line, thus decreasing the costs of new parts and later preventive maintenance.
The remote control systems via PC-SCADA, access to 3Gon HMI screens, Iphone, Android etc. enable total interaction on the functioning of the plant machinery making its management easy, and thus optimising the resources available and minimising the operational costs.
MF Tècnima develops tailor-made solutions for each plant, in order to adjust to the real needs of the client in the functioning of the machinery that will form the water treatment plant.
